I found out that Bayleaf, one of my favorite restaurants, closed. They made these veggie lettuce wraps that we’re delicious. I couldn’t replicate them, but these came out pretty tasty. All it took was an hour of chopping to get everything that tiny. Perfect time to catch up on some Grimm.
